i have had my fourth abscess for about 6 months but at a doctors visit about a month ago he just looked at it and sad "yes my dear a lot of scar tissue" (having had 3 marsups")but on a visit this week to get some blood results i informed the lady doctor of some discomfort and she had alook and a good root round called in her boss who had a deeper root round and informed me that i indeed did have another abscess about 7cm and that it needed to be marsuped again and to be tested for diabetes ,this could be the reason i got so many and he will be considering removing the gland if the results are positive.
