Thank you so much for creating this site! I found a painful lump 3 days ago and researched what it could be, ultimately I wound up here. I don't know for sure if I have a bartholin's cyst or abcess, but I was going to ignore it in the hopes that it would go away. Not keen on that after reading the stories here, I've just made an appointment with my GP - wish me luck
