Hi, I'm April...I'm a 26 yr old widow. I 1st got a cyst about 4 yrs ago while pregnant with my 1st son. My ob/gyn lacerated it,it felt so damn good, all the pain, swelling, pus and blood was nasty, but so worth having relief. Sadly, it came back within months, and then I had a marsupilization, 'eureka' I thought. I was wrong, it didn't help for more than a few weeks, then I was back at square one. I got so used to having the cyst that I started calling it my "nut-sack", to my husband and I it resembled just that. I'm not bothered by it much unless I have rough sex, which makes it swell and hurt (from the collection of fluid). I got into the habit of actually draining it myself (which I do NOT recommend, too risky - and it hurts liek hell - I'm a masochist apparently), I'd say I have done it about 5 - 8 times. Though recently I went to the ER just to have it drained b/c couldn't stand how painful it was. They did something a little diff that time; the dr used a needle and drew the fluid out that way, it was very quick and painless, yet very effective! I have come to the conclusion that I may just have to face the facts and get the gland removed. It doesn't get infected, that only happened once; the only thing that comes out when I drain it myself is fluid (it's cum, it's clear and there is no pus - it bleeds a a little bit after though) I really need to find a dr to do it now....I am so sick of having a disfigured vagina, I forget what mine looked like prior to having a big swollen gland! |
