Video drivers

At Oliver's page is stated:

"ATI equipped some of the PC cards with graphics chips (mine has the Mach64 on it)."

How can I find out what chip is installed on my PC Card? Would I have to open the box and take out the card and find the chip?

There is ATI software installed:
WINDOWS: SYSTEM: ATI.VXD

And if ATI.VXD is the driver that could/should be replaced with 64W95303.EXE and 64MPG303.EXE (this one is for ATI Player, what is this?) can I just drop them into the SYSTEM folder? (Doing it on the Mac side - I wouldn't know how to do it on the Windows side.)
