High hopes, but a Reply PDS card limitation?

It is great to know how to change the sound settings of Windows 95. But my fragmented Brian Eno welcoming sound persists and only at startup. Strangely it can repeat with no problem on demand in the sound configuration pannel.

With the same Win. 95 installation it does not happen with the Apple Dos card on a 6100 at 66 mhz. I was just wondering from another Reply PDS card user if it was a limitation of the Reply sound module or if there were another setting, or optimal processor, or mhz, or anything else... (I'm using the AMD 133 mhz)
