This only seems to happen when using the OPC Software 3.4.2.
My K6-3 400 MHz ist shown as a 266 MHz CPU.
When using OPC 3.4.1 the correct frequency is displayed at boot-up.
So, I suppose it's just a bug in the latest OPC Software. The CPU runs at full speed.
