The 166Mhz PC Card has 16Meg of built in ram which is plenty to support the on board video ( which uses 2 Meg ). You only need to add memory if you're going to use an OS other than DOS. 14 Meg isn't enough to run Win 95 or 98. You can add up to a 64MB DIMM to increase your memory to 80Meg ( 78 Meg useable memory 2 Meg being used by video ).
