Dim PC Monitor w/ OrangePC 530 card

I have an OrangePC 530 card with an Intel 233MMX chip. I just got the card (used) but I have experience with these cards. When I switch to the PC the monitor is somewhat dim, not just in Windows, but during the boot process too. Any ideas?
