2.1.7 mirror? RAM on 7" card?

First, thank you, whoever it was (i forgot... ) for putting up that archive.org link! I was thinking of putting up a permanent (sp?) mirror to the files/regcode at my site, http://www.falconsys.net , but I'm wondering if that would piss off any copyright-nuts. The original's gone, who cares? Does http://www.falconsys.net/pcsetup sound good? Or perhaps pcsetup.falconsys.net?

Now, the question... My card's a '7" PC Compatibility Card' (or so the BIOS says), Cyrix 5x86 CPU (surface-mounted w/ tiny heatsink, had to add an extra fan to cool the beast), ATI Mach64 Turbo GFX chip, SB16 chip, and one RAM slot (what do they call that weird Mac RAM anyway?). My problem is... why the heck can my card only go up to 8MB, though the Mac powering it has 32mb? I have an 8mb strip in it right now, but that's all I can do because when I try to put one 16mb strip from the Mac into it, it freezes when I go to Switch to PC... but when I take it out completely (balloon help for RAM mapping = "This menu is not available because a SIMM is installed on the [PC card] and will be used instead of Macintosh memory"), it still gives me the exact same tooltip, but the graphic no longer says "DIMM", it says "No RAM". What's the deal? Can I map Mac RAM or not? By the way, it's running in a Umax SuperMac c500 w/180MHz 603e/180. It works great with 8 on 95 - if you can stand waiting 15 minutes to load Internet Explorer 5.5... sigh. I need to move up to 98 too... not like I can do that on 8MB of RAM! Help!
