K6-2+ on a 660?

Thanks for the advice. I followed your suggestion and set the multiplier to 3, and the PC actually started to boot. The processor was recognized as an unknown 300 MHz and the memory test ran successfully. The Award plug and play BIOS was loaded, but then nothing. I don't think it's an extention conflict because I tried base and full OS8.1, 9.1 and 9.22 setups without any success. I also tried inserting a boot floppy, but the PC didn't try to access it.
