Thanks for the offer, but the prototype to confirm proof-of-concept has been put together, and operates precisely as it should. I'll be making a document on exact details available very soon.

Meanwhile, even though it looks like a pot of colored spaghetti exploded behind the computer, I'm getting 100% perfect function out of the tangled mess that is my "cable".

Now if only my order would get here sooner, I could disconnect the "wired in space" (no plugs except the one that would be "the short end"... We're talking pure "This end of this wire goes in this hole, and this end goes in this hole...") mess and build it PROPERLY...
