OrangeMicro 530 card

I just purchased an OrangeMicro 530 Card. I intend to install it in my G-3 All in One using an external monitor. Can anyone give me some pointers about things to watch out for and so on? Any tips would be appreciated.

It has the Cyriux 166 chip in it. I would like to up grade it a bit if possible. Orange Micro says that a Pentium 233 MMX will work. Is there a better choice for an upgrade? Any faster processors available?
