Connector pinout

It seems to be difficult to find the special 4-ended cable (922-0706) needed for the 6100 DOS compatibility card. I wonder if someone owning such a cable could try to find out the 26-pin connector's pinout from the card's manual (is there one?) or try to measure where the pins are routed through the cable? I WOULD BE GRATEFUL.
