6100 DOS and network

I have problem with the TCP/IP of the target, it isn't work, i try it with different systems, 8.1, 8.5, 9.1, and with Setup 1.6.4 or 2.1.7f, but never work, the PC system is Windows 95, release 4.00.950B , all systems Mac and PC are Spanish version.

Any solution, a guide? something?

Or what combinations of system and Setup works with that mac.
