If string theory and Divine Albert's Divine Special Relativity are disconfirmed, what should be worshipped? Smolin's loop quantum gravity and Divine Albert's Divine General Relativity of course - both of them predict, explicitly or implicitly, that frequency and speed of light vary together.

All this article, which you cite, does is demonstrate that modern physics is pueudo-science. There is very little science left in what scientists like to call science. Most of it is pseudo-science in todays world. An example of a pseudo-science is astrology.
