My goal was to explain in a very simply way how an interferometer runs, and prove "the simultaneity of events in different places," ie, synchronicity and coincidence ot the holes into opposite the moving belt, regardless of the observer is close to the engine "A" or "B", if the observer is stationary or moving along the belt.

Today I am a new experiment in search of analogy with the the famous experiment of Michelson and Morley researchers with an optical interferometer.
They say the M&M goal was to prove the existence of ether. Although they have not proved the existence of etheric substance, interferometers have proven to be excellent standard length, repeatable anywhere on the planet. The interferometers makes obsolet the old standard meters, filed with the French Patterns Office.
My goal today is to "prove" that the interferometers can work very well as accelerometers.
Consider two machine guns, arranged in opposition in a railroad car.
In this condition, the car can be stopped or at constant speed.
At one point, the two arms give a burst of nine shots each. The start time of the shooting is strictly the same.
In this experiment, we noticed that all the bullets travel at the same speed and "intersect" in the same point (in vertical projection), as also happens with the holes of the moving belt.
The next experiment is the same test, but at the time of shooting the weapons, the wagon train undergoes a large acceleration.
The pattern of intersection of the bullets (optical interference) changes radically.
Returning to the experiments of Michelson and Morley, all were made with an optical interferometer floating on a bath of liquid mercury, so the interferometer was arranged in a horizontal position!
Look what happens with the vertical position of the wagon train. We can say that the car is stopped.
The bursts of bullets from the weapons are under the action of gravity acceleration.
If we consider that a light interferometer behaves as a particle, all confusion disappears about the ether.
There is a time past, a German researcher Mark Grusenick did a wonderful experience on rotationary interferometer. The matter was criticized, as the implementation of the instrument may not have sufficient mechanical strength and may distort the results by the compression system.
Belive ou not, the object was capable of measuring terrestrial gravitational changes according to the position of the moon.
