Relativity of Time, a False Paradox?

Two rockets go to the moon at the same time (something impossible to be attested by relativity).

A rocket leaves from America and another leaves from Europe.

Anyone who watching the event through two TV monitors will say that the rocket on the other side of the continent (no matter on the side the observer is) is late.

Those on the lunar base say that the two rockets leave at the same time.

Who is right?
