Reservations have been made for you (based on the your travel itinerary) with Roanoke Airport Limo Service. They have been given your names and flight information. They have a booth located next to "baggage claim" at Roanoke Airport. Arrangements for the shuttle were made by Mountain Lake Hotel. The cost for the shuttle will be charged to the master account at Mountain Lake Hotel, so you will not need to provide payment.
Return service to the airport will be provided from Mountain Lake Hotel - again, based on your travel itineraries.
