I feel lost

Is it weird that I feel like a miscarried? DH & I feel like we are mourning the death of our babies. My Dr said we can try again & he is recommending a fresh ivf cycle instead of frozen embryo transfer. SOOOO...as soon as I get AF I go for us/bloodwork & start birthcontrol pills again. After my last pill...we move on to stimulants...I can't believe we have to do this all over again. I am trying to think of some positive thoughts like at least the school year is over & dr appointments will be easier & I won't need to find a sub for my classes. Plus I am always much more relaxed in the summer. I hate this so much!!!!!!!
