Microsofts Explorer Mouse seems to run best for me on a Belkin ErgoPad. You can find Belkin on the net or at www.pricewatch.com, and order it direct from Belkin. The Pad has a cloth material backing for mouse contact, and is a soft pliable rubber pad throughout that lets optical mice glide over the surface smoothly and easily. Everything else just seems to hinder the new opitical mouse in combat.
