This is the second time I've seen Diablo die from a party and the party members get nothing. Could it be that if the person killing D (makes the final hit) has done it already, then the party members are SOL? No question that everyone was in the party and no question that 2 of 3 members hadn't killed D before (the barb got away before I thought of this). Considering the drop was crummy, I suspect that the barb killed D and had done so before...
