      hi

      I am planning to bring omy mother here in the month of JAn '05. I am going to move to a new company who is going to file the H1 on regular process which takes 90/150 days. Do i need to send the Approved H1 notice or can send the receipt copy if i don't get my H1 approved by the end of Dec.
