thanks for ur response.as u mentioned I-140 andI-485 must file together.but my attorney already filled I-140.he says once it get apporvel we will file I-485.sholud i wait for pporvel or do i need to file together 140 and 485 .appericate if ur help me out in this case.is it possible to file separtely as my 140 filled in the month of june.
