I doubt you'd be disappointed. Her last album, "Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea" is very good (and closest to the Mandell tone, I think). PJs previous stuff is ALSO very good... "Rid of Me" is kinda punky/Tom Waitsy, "To Bring You My Love" the same, fer instance. Those two albums in particular get really close to something primal that's missing in most rock 'n' roll these days, if ya ask me. Another "primal" band you might dig is The White Stripes... they mine the same vein that PJ does, I think.
