Man, it's been ages since I've seen a movie in the theatre.
I remember watching LEATHERFACE: THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE 3 with a couple of old women in front of me who talked throughout the entire flick and didn't even look at the screen. (Not that I blame them)
