I think 110-minute cassettes get chewed up easily.

The same thing happened at the beginning of the Sab/Gillan I made for myself. I think that 110-minute cassettes have thinner tape that gets chewed up easier then 90 minute tapes. It kind of sucks, becuz I like to make 110-minute tapes. You can fit more music on em. I'm thinking of using metal tape instead of high bias, and see if that's more durable.
