Jean, a good place to go to get information for CHF is jonsplace.org. Read "The Manual", it gives a lot of good information about how CHF can be caused, what symtons there can be and what medications are used. Also it will help you think of good questions for your doctor. The main thing is to find out what caused your CHF. In my case it is dilated cardiomyopathy, I think I got this because of a thyriod problem. Read the message board, it can answer a lot of quetions too. Good luck and let me know how everthing goes
