I have had what they belive is viral CHF for several years. My biggest problem is a lack of energy. I am able to exercise at a moderate pace for almost 1 hour 3 times a week. However, I am almost always tired. I have researched this condition very much and can tell you to ask about getting on Coreg along with a higer dose of a Ace Inhibator. These drugs work to take the load off the heart. In addition, Coreg has been shown to improve EF heart function in long term use. Hope all continues to go well with you.
