At the age of 21 (2/00) I was diagonosed with DCM & CHF with an EF of 30%. For the past, nearly 6 years now I have been on Accupril and Metropolol. In 04 I married and became pregnant a few months later. My dr pulled me off my meds and 3m into my pg my EF was still 55%. I delivered a healthy beautiful baby girl at 37w2d. I had another echo a few weeks ago and it showed my EF has decreased some and my heart size has increased some. I believe this is from the year off my medication. Has anyone taken meds throughout their pregnancy? If so, what were they? We want to have another child in the next 2 years. Please e-mail me! godfollowers@cpomail.net
