hi, marrying golden tail has always been somewhat of a challenge for me. I just can't get it to join with anything!, not swan, turkey, peacock wing, macaw... nothing! i was wondering if anyone has some tips on the subject...

Many times the tails have fine particles of clay or dirt in them, try soaking the tail in a solution of Woolite (1/2 capful/gal) overnight. Take it out of the solution and rinse it under the shower, hang and let dry (do not try to dry it with a towel, just let it hang). After fully dry steam it into shape with the steam from a tea kettle and let dry. Stroke the fibers together and it should be like new. Good Luck

Michael
