hi, well heres the problem. i woke up the other morning, and turned on my ipod, only to discover that all my songs were gone! i have no idea why this happened, so anyways, i just plugged it into the computer, hoping that all the songs would just be transfered back onto it, but it didnt work. not one song got put on, and now it says i only have 4gb of space left (i have a 20gb ipod), even though theres NO SONGS ON THERE!! i have reset it using the menu and select thing, but that did nothing, so im kinda annoyed. anyone got any suggestions?

go buy a new one.....if this does not work go to "My Music" Highlight all the songs go to "....'s ipod" and right click on it. it should bring up a few options and left click on update!!!
