In next five years, I hope to plan to ride my bicycle from
California to New Jersey or New York to celebrate my 50th
year of having type one diabetes (commonly name as juvenile
diabetes-I got it when I was 2 in 1967).
I am in a great shape (no complications yet) as well as I ride/
jog/circuit exercises/power yoga six days a week. I ride my bicycle
twice a week (one hour to two hours each ride without any difficulties).
Lots of uphills/downhills (it is pretty tough to ride these routes).
Please give me any suggestions of how I can prepare to be in an
excellent shape to ride between 80 and 100 miles a day for about
two to three months across America.
