Nylon is an artificial substance not found in nature.
The fact that bacteria have, since the invention of nylon, adapted to exclusively eat it is proof that descent with modification (i.e. - evolution) does take place.
Your post about trousers and Africans has no reasonable contextual value to this discussion.
If you want to argue sanely and logically perhaps you can give an alternative explanation to how nylon-eating bacteria appeared on this planet?
