I see you giving gallo one heckofa lot of lattitude the way he says things...they way he throws multiple topics at once and if you TRY to address one at a time he uses his others as his argument to the one issue addressed ...he insults people...acts angry...childish and very uncivil.
Yet you say nothing to him. How come? can I ask if you are related?...is he your hubby?...that would explain some things...is it just that because he seems to agree with you on this debate that you ignore his blatant disrespect for others?
He posts, what i would call one of the most impetuous, childish and emotional rants I have seen for a long time:
How can anyone take him seriously? How can anyone so emotionally charged and unable to control himself be deemed as intelligent and as you said someone who 'knew his shit'?
All anyone sees with a person like that is the emotional level they are presenting and they will only address that...it is just the way everyone works. I have been on net a long time...I used to be a ruthless flamer...a few years ago...i would have taken this guy outside and given him one heckofa good hickory stick cross his proverbial backside...trust me...he is flame bait bigtime because he is so emotionally charged and unable to restrain himself.
also...if this is your site, i argue that if you like meaningful discussion...people like him 9because I used to enjoy being like him)...destroy discussion. People don't want or need a little twerp with a big mouth yipping at them and will eventually leave.
of course, these self satuated individuals claim they leave because they cannot fight their incredible intellect and all that...but that is hoopla and hogwash. Ask yourself Martha...am i lacking reason in my words here?...put your own emotional/positional ties aside...and be fair to everyone....

Like i said...a few years ago...i would have acted a LOT differently...I have a lot of net enemies because of the way i used to be (Phred is one of them...greg also...and I deserve it because i was awful))..fer sure. And te fact of what I am saying about how I would have responded to this twinkie(gallo)...is the point I am making about what kind of responses and discussion people like gallo attract.
It would seem to me that people would really want to discuss this...not just create an atmosphere for a good ole fashioned flame war....?
