So a bunch of plants are sitting around in the fields, and since they don’t want to be eaten, they decide to make themselves taste real bad, magically knowing what chemicals to evolve, that predators would not like. Image if the marijuana family, accidentally made themselves taste like vanilla ice-cream. LoL :-)
Perhaps the banana tree should do that too: make their bananas taste bad! Or do banana trees like it when their bananas get eaten? Is that why they have not made their bananas taste bad? LoL Or perhaps they have tried to make themselves taste bad, and by mistake, made themselves taste good. LoL :-)
