Scientists always try to tear down theories, if it can't be falsified, it's considered valid, until new evidence is introduced to falsify it.
Scientists have been trying to falsify evolution for over 150 years and if new evidence is introduced that could falsify evolution, scientists will again try to falsify evolution. No evidence has been introduced that can falsify evolution, so, until then, evolution is accepted.
