Science is doing just fine policing itself, without creationists. A review panel for data already exists as material is reviewed by those doing the work. Much like when the construction of a building, is constantly reviewed and inspected by those involved in the construction industry. Having a creationist review panel is like having burger flippers from McDonalds, review and inspect that a building in being constructed properly.
Creationists by all means can create their own review panel for science. But these have already been done and the results are quite amusing. In a scientific review panel, material goes under great examination and debate, where as with a creationist review panel, they will attempt to discard facts with bible quotes of Jesus Christ being the sacrificed lamp of God who died for the sins of mankind.

Creationist panel review: We did not come from monkeys for John 3:16 states: For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. The bible does not say anything about God sending monkeys otherwise the bible would say this instead:
Gorilla 3:16: For the Gorilla so loved the jungle that he gave his one and only Banana, that whoever eats it shall not perish but have eternal life.
