You have said a lot but it is interesting to note as Ive said before even the Pope had endorsed evolution. Many of your concerns centers around your interpretation of the Bible. But all one has to do is see the different denominations within Christianity alone to get an idea that not everybody agrees on how to interpret the Bible.
With regards to scientific claims written in the notes you referenced, much was also said there as well. And none of it is true, or at best misleading. The frozen mammoths have been greatly exagerated. Cadavers of these frozen mammoths have been disected and the claim there is tropical food inside their stomachs is false. All plants inside their stomachs were arctic not tropical.
Mammoths could easily have been frozen in a localized flood caused by a river for example.
The claim Nebraska Man and the Piltdown Man are used as evidence for human evolution is also false. Furthermore, these frauds were exposed by evolutionists themselves.
The claim the Australopithecines are apes is an old claim, but is simply not true. We know they walked in a bipedal upright manner (unlike apes) based in their pelvic. hip, and knee anatomy. We also can tell this by the position of the foramum magnum (the hole where the spinal cord enters the skull) which is consistent with bipedal locomotion. So they essentially had apelike features but also walked upright. Something we would expect if evolution is true.
I could go on. But in each claim in these notes you are using, they are either false and/or misleading.
