As most of you know, we are now out of the MK-1-GTX and have had them on order for over two months. I have had a lot of inquiries in the last couple of weeks from people wanting to purchase or wanting to know how soon the MK-1-GTX ver.II is going to be available. Again, both Steve and I want to thank you for your patience.
Well the good news is the order has arrived. The bad news is that we have rejected them.
Much to our dismay, upon arrival, we found that they did not meet our requirements in both the finishing process and also in the specifications. I hope that you will understand the unfortunate delay, and bear with us with a little more patience during this delay.
Our stand is that we will not promote or sell something that we feel is inferior and does not fulfill both ours and the purchasers expectations or our claims. We are not in this solely for a buck, but more importantly, to provide a good quality piece that will make an improvement for a certain segment of the airgunning community.
We are in the process of working out the issues with the vendor that is doing our manufacturing and will hopefully have some answers soon.
Meanwhile, the SuperSears are doing well and as stated in the past, have exceeded our expectations in performance and customer satisfaction is extremely high. Just a great improvement.
And a quick word about the 13/22xx sear that so many has been asking about. We hope to have them available within the next few weeks with any luck. But once again, if they don't meet our criteria and don't pass muster, they too will be rejected but we're not expecting that to happen.
I don't know....maybe Steve and I are just a little to hard nosed or expect to much but we know the needs and what it takes to fulfill them....so be it.
