You need to get you some #2 victor traps and learn how to set them where you can catch the coon I have been trapping ever since I can remember and I have caught more coons in victor steel traps than any other trap I have used. The reason I havn't caught many coons in snares is because I don't know how to set a good set with one.This past weekend Feb.2and3 I have caught 4 coons.So dont give up on them now.Maybe you will have better luck in the future with them.
