      I knew Sue, pre-Phoenix. Sue was not "cold as ice". To the contrary, I knew her to be a very warm, caring, happy-go-lucky person. She was very friendly, adventurous and open-minded about life. This was more than a couple of decades ago but I am sure that she hasn't changed much.
