      If River was alive today he would probably not be with either of them but have moved on.

      Who knows who his "true love" would have been but had he and Samantha's relationship not have been cut off in such an awful way they could have still been together. I think it's funny that we can all sit around and even pretend to guess what River felt for either one of these laides seeing as we do not know any of them.

      Martha was his first love, but he had a connection with Sam, NO DOUBT.
