Just stopping in to wish you the best on your trip to the states! I know you'll have fun! And get some pics so you can upload them or email them from time to time
Haven't had much time for the web these past couple of weeks, but here's the down-lo ....
Christmas was awesome! It actually snowed here on Christmas DAY which hasn't happened in over 50 years! We get a small drizzle of snow every few years, but no need to break out the snow plow or anything. It was just great to get those flurries and have that white Christmas after all
Sri Lanka and the surrounding islands and coasts are breaking my heart - and I'm wishing our unit had some sort of humanitarian aid/manpower to get to them, but it looks like we'll have to wait our turn over time. Aid is being sent from troops already stationed on the Asian continent, along with many other troops stationed around the world, so I'll try to wait as patiently as possible. Patience - that's a TOUGH one for me!
I read "Ezmay's" post - maybe Ezmay isn't from the America's or speak a fluid english? Just curious - which may constitute for the spelling flaws. Heque
, even I get carried away on my clunky key board.
I'l be ordering another laptop at some point over the next month or so. Took a look at Ebay and some other sites and it looks like I'll have to wait a little longer for some bargains. So in the meantime when I can fially put the day to rest, I flip around the television set and realize just how ridiculous television has gotten. Some of these freaking reality shows and made for t.v. movies are an insult to the intelligence of the human race. Eegad!
Oh yeah, I did see a news report right around Christmas day, and while the states were going through some massive snowstorms, you guys down under were having the hottest of summer season! They had a beutiful shot of some beaches there too! Do you live near any? We like to drive to the Mississippi Gulf Coast during the summer - but we are always outnumbered by the jellyfish. Sigh!
Well, have a good day to you an your own. I'm enjoying some time off over the next few days. Again - best of fun on your trip. Oh, and Disneyland New Years vs. Los Angelos New Years? Hehe - same difference
! Have fun!
