I think your right. Things were really kicking when we have some antagonist come aboard, and try to mix things up. The last one, who was knocked off in a flash, kept saying the same things. Like hollering about his teeth getting rotten because he took drugs like River. When the opinion is extreme people get to paying attention quick and in a hurry!
