Back to doing what I do best - losing the pk-4 at Belmont

Not enough time to type it all out.

With the CCA Oaks 4 betting interests including a 1/2 entry about the only way to made it worth a bet is for either Never Retreat to win the Oaks (possible but not too probable) or to pick up a couple of mid-priced or high winners in the other 3 races. The 8th and 10th seen the more logicaly place to find those.

R7 - can't pass up that entry with Victory Assured being the main attraction. Two excellent races after coming off a long layfor for a trainer who's won 31 of 104 with that "3rd off the layoff" angle.

Imperial River closed to within a length aafter being steadies last out. Could be ready to get the big check this time but I think he's n underlay at 5/2. I think he'll go off a little higher than that with the entry attracting a lot of bettors.

Triple Bogey makes his first start in 10 months but that's not a big concern when the trainer wins 23% of the time off long layoffs. He made a very nice middle move right after his mdn win. I suspect he suffered an injury at the end of that race or before the next as he did absolutly nothing in that race then disappeared for 10 months.

R8 How can you not take a chance on Pretty Caroline at 8/1? She sports a huge 124 BRIS turf exponent; won a graded race in Brazil (ok, not that big of a deal) and in her only race over here she went head to head for the lead for 6 furlongs before fading ... and that was on dirt. Frankel trains.
