The sporran is way too high in those illustrations. It's supposed to protect your valuables !

ps Maybe Dell can use his photo shop skills and paste Elk's head onto these to give us a better idea of what he would loiok like.

Now, when you say the sporran is too high, you mean protect your money...or your "jewels"?

Spanky, do I have to spell it out for you ?

December 1 2011, 3:51 PM

I guess I do .

A double entendre is a figure of speech in which a spoken or written phrase is devised to be understood in either of two ways. Often the first (more obvious) meaning is straightforward, while the second meaning is less so: often risqué or ironic.

Poor Eric,

Besides all the Handicappin' study he has to put in each day to win you a dollar or two. You now want him to spend a couple of hours each morning ironing his pleats happy.gif.

HPWS gives you 15 plays per day, $20 W/P with only the first $2.00 paying track price if fortunate enough to latch onto a maximum odds winner. With 60-75 daily races to consider, one needs to know his/her strengths in deciding where the serious time commitment to handicapping belongs in order to stay fresh yet give yourself a legitimate shot at filtering out some winners. For me, it'll be Turf races and full fields of maidens (not the professional 10K claimer type races) I love to break down the breeding in these events and then look for the value.

ELK, I wish you success and a good time as well. Best of luck to all of the rest of the UIC players. I'll bet that no one will have any difficulty locating your table, especially after one of you hits a price winner.

Good luck to all. Larry , the third race at Gulfstream on Saturday should be right up your street. Maiden Special Weight over the turf with full field. The connections of the 7 are supposedly good people.
