Not sure who, but I know some of you were on her in her last. She ran well. but Contested was uncontested. Doesn't look like there's anyone to run with her (Contested) again. Believe You Can goes to the front in some of her races but she's been running in routes where the early fractions are slower.
Can Zo Impressive stay within shouting distance of Contested and have enough left in the stretch to pass her or hold off an oncoming BYC.
Opinions please .
Steve
Steve- I like Zo Impressive a ton in this spot. Best value in the race and may sit off a bit of a duel between the two favorites and pounce from a garden spot in the stretch.
Steve....I'm very interested in ZO IMPRESSIVE in this spot.
She'll be one of my biggest wagers of the year, especially north of 4/1.
I'd only look to the post parade as a final judge on how much I'll be wagering at anything north of 3/1.
Good luck

When Warren and JB are strong on a horse, it's time to go to the bank! Just hope Contested doesn' t open up an easy 5 length lead cause she'll be hard to catch. Should see 5/1.
Good Luck
Steve
I'm taking a shot with Disposable Pleasure. Already a graded stakes winner and seemed to be rounding into form with her nice second in the Black Eyed Susan. Pletcher enters here here instead of In Lingerie. He either is keeping In Lingerie because he is afraid of the top two, or he thinks Disposable Pleasure is sitting on a big one and wants to get her a Gr I. Hoping for the latter. Should see at least 8-1 and maybe 10-1.
FYI, Wildcat was supposed to scratch if one of the top two didn't. May be a four-horse field by post time.

Here it is. The K.O.D. The Zo Impressive backers can know why I'm playing against 'em. If you beat me, hats off to you.
Hollywood Race 8, #7 Via Villaggio(6-1)
One of just two Graded stakes winners in the race. Class matters. She fits all the Hollendorfer profiles for success insofar as how he's handling her since her last. The tipoff is jockey Joel Rosario, who now rides in New York, is in town. More than that, it's his only ride of the entire card. He's forfeited 6 or 8 rides at Belmont to ride this one filly. If his agent is wrong about her it's an ill advised trip and will make for a loooong flight back. Top 5 jock in national earnings, just establishing himself on the east coast passes guaranteed mounts to ride her and only her? She's very likely well meant.
Steve, you're the one who started the thread and you deserve props.
Let's just give props to ZO IMPRESSIVE.
What a nice filly, and a nice price, and a really nice P3. Not sure what happened to Contested. Hope all are ok and there are many winners.

Nice pick everybody. Mines wasn't. Totally confused about what race I was posting on as well the reasoning. Joel might be serving days, as I've come to find out he hasn't even headed east yet. On suspension he's still eligible to ride stakes. Not acceptable for me to dot the i's but not cross the t's.
Made 3 bets with one hitting. Of course the one I posted is the one I played x2. Gonna change my screen name to Imagrinder.
At least you cashed a ticket. Put my bets in early and watched from home. Lost on the first leg of the p4 at Hollywood, didn't have the late pick 3 on what would have been a 2x2x1 ticket that paid $134 for a buck. Oy.
