Divine Proportions

From the analysis of the recently run Prix de Diane [French Oaks]

"She is the complete package - uncomplicated, oozes class and possesses a lethal change of gear. Divine Proportions is, quite simply, one of the finest fillies to grace the modern era." by Kingmambo--Myth to Reality [Sadlers Wells]

The Filly and Mare Turf has a favorite, if the Niarchos family and trainer Pascal Barry decide to come. [neither are strangers to the BC] Though there was mention of the BC Mile as a target and The Arc being within her capabilities, it would seem the F&M Turf would be right up her alley.

The undefeated filly [European Champion 2yo filly] has won 8 straight from 5f to 10.5f, at 6 different tracks, now THAT'S a real streak!

She looks like a handful and then some for the F&M Turf right about now. Ouija Board is suppose to be back to defend her crown so it'll be good if they can both be there. Be careful with the Niarchos Gang. They have an affinity for the Mile and DP looks like she's gooad at any distance from 3f up.

She should run against the males.....but in the TURF, not the mile..........

Bigger purse and a place in HISTORY!

Divine just won her 9th straight, five of them Group I events!

She has a race vs older males in two weeks and then the BC Mile.

She's as special a filly we've seen since her sire's dam Miesque. She'll be a handful in the BC Mile. The big turns at Belmont should make her feel right at home. I'll bet betting her in the Mile or the F&M Turf.

All good things do come to and end and so did the unbeaten streak of my Divine Proportions. I figured as much when I heard they were running her back off 14 days rest against her elders of both sexes. Anyway, 4th isn't bad and now she'll be pointed directly for the Mile. The winner Dubawi is a Godolphin homebred and a runner to boot. She'll be fresh and hopefully a price now that she's been had. Look for Bailey to get the mount come 10/29 and she'll be 1 of the 3 solid plays on the day for the Croix Boy. Peace.
