A short video of Starcraft working 10/18 with three others on a dirt/poly surface. He goes along quite well, but no time nor distance is mentioned.

bdhsheets he is an impressive racehorse.

I am sure JJ would hope that ' gooch, Boozer 1 and Dinver Red have a chance to look at your Starcraft training clip and the boys like what they see.

Cheers

He looked very good. Interesting how they put him in behind horses to get some dirt kicked in his face.

Thanks Sheets for posting this. I liked the work. Good setup like Gooch noted to get some dirt kicked back in his face. Good idea imo. I like his stride. Has that classy look to him that the good horses seem to have. I'm up in the air on him. I still feel his place was in the Mile, but we shall see.

Saw him on The Works this morning and he looked absolutely studly. The most imposing animal I've seen in a long time, possibly excepting Rock Hard Ten. I started thinking maybe the mates down under had a point, and then he drew post 14. Even with PVal gunning him, that's a lot to overcome.

Just to repeat a quick point about the outside posts for the "on the turn start" BC Classic at Belmont. The 3 winning posts in '90, '95, and '01 were 14, 10, and 10, respectively. Unbridled was 4th choice, Cigar was a fave, Tiznow was 3rd choice. I'm not seeing the outside as an automatic detriment to Starcraft.
