2004 Sprint - Bwana Charlie 4th of 13 @ 35.30-1

2004 Sprint - Cuvee 13th of 13 @ 39.20-1

2005 Juvenile - Private Vow 14th of 14 @ 10.30-1 (broke rein)

 

Not his normal 20%+, but these are not normal fields, if he goes 1 for 2 this year he’d be at 12.5%, I think most trainers would take that in the BC. 

 

Maybe it’s his year, after all a Juvy winner won the derby, a horse with no 2 yo starts won the Preakness and Todd Pletcher broke out of his 0-28 slump in the Triple Crown races.

Yeah, other than Cuvee, no real eggs laid there. So, maybe no prejudice against Asmussen.

Personally, I wouldn't consider any of those legit contenders aside from Cuvee. Take a look at the number that he ran for Helienbrodt (forgive me if I butchered the spelling!).
